Refund Policy

Please note that we do not accept returns for personal reasons.

If you believe the product is defective, please contact us by e-mail within 7 days of receipt.

In this case, please send us a photo attached to an e-mail that shows the condition of the item.

As soon as we confirm that the product is defective, we will promptly issue a refund.

*If you do not receive a reply within 3 business days, please contact us again.

Please note that some e-mail services, e-mail software, anti-virus software, etc. may recognize your e-mail as spam and not deliver it correctly.
(especially for users of free e-mail services such as Hotmail)

If so, please check your spam folder or check your service or software settings.

*Please note that we cannot accept defective products that meet the following conditions.

-Items that are over 7 days from arrival
-Used items
-If the recipient of the order is different from the person who ordered the item, except for defective items

The procedure is as follows

1: Within 7 days of receiving the product, please email the following information

-Name
-Home address
-E-mail
-Product name and lot number (on the back of the outer box)
-Defective part (in case of damage, etc., please attach a photo and describe the relevant part)
-Order number (found in the order confirmation e-mail sent)

2: As soon as the e-mail is confirmed, we will send you information on how to return the merchandise.
 We will pay for the return shipping costs.

3: As soon as the merchandise return is received, we will inform you of the refund procedure.
